As a Founder's Office Associate, you'll work on high-impact projects spanning operations, business development, hiring, strategic planning, and special initiatives. This is a cross-functional role designed for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and wants to grow into a future leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Drive internal initiatives across sales, hiring, marketing, product, and partnerships.
• Business Ops: Build internal processes, dashboards, reports, and systems for scale.
• Research & Strategy: Conduct competitor analysis, market research, investor/partner decks, etc.
• Hiring Support: Coordinate Hiring Efforts and candidate communication.
• Client Success: Support onboarding, reporting, and communication with key accounts and partners.
• Special Projects: Take on ad-hoc high-priority tasks like partnerships, events, or investor outreach.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project ownership skills.
• Strong execution mindset - you’re wired to get things done, even when the problem is vague, resources are limited, or conditions are messy
• Willingness to work hands-on across functions and wear multiple hats

Work Mode:

This is a remote-first role, but candidates should be open to occasional in-office visits at our Indore location for important meetings, team collaborations, or key company events.
